Soft citrus orange dough cookies topped with sweet orange zest cream cheese frosting.

1 cup Butter softened
2 cups Sugar
2 Eggs
1/4 cup Sour Cream
2 Tablespoons Orange Zest
3 cups Flour
1/2 teaspoon Cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
1/2 teaspoon Salt

Sweet Orange Cream Frosting:
1/2 cup Butter softened
(1) 8-ounce pkg. Cream Cheese softened
3 cups Powdered Sugar
2 teaspoons Orange Zest


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In large bowl, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy — about 4 minutes.
  3. Add eggs, sour cream, and orange zest and cream together.
  4. Stir in flour, cornstarch, baking powder and salt.
